How credits are granted and when they expire for monthly plans, annual plans, credit packs, and the WeChat Pay annual offer.
This page explains when credits arrive, how often they are granted, and when they expire. Current plan prices and credit amounts are shown on the Pricing and checkout pages.
Quick comparison
- Monthly subscription: Renews monthly. Each successful payment grants that month's credits, valid for 31 days from the grant.
- Annual subscription: Renews once a year. The first payment grants one batch, followed by one batch per calendar month while the subscription remains active. Each batch is valid for 31 days.
- Credit pack: One-time payment. Purchased credits and the quantity bonus are granted together and never expire.
- WeChat Pay annual offer: One-time payment with no automatic renewal. All 12 months of credits are granted at once and remain valid for 365 days.
Monthly subscriptions
A monthly subscription grants the current month's credits after Stripe confirms a successful payment. Each successful renewal grants a new batch.

Each batch is valid for 31 days from the time it is granted. A new grant does not immediately clear unused credits from an earlier batch, but each batch still expires on its own date.
Annual subscriptions
An annual subscription charges the full annual price at once, but its credits are still granted monthly:

The first batch is granted after the initial payment succeeds. While the annual subscription remains active, another batch is granted once per calendar month. Each batch is valid for 31 days.
An annual subscription is different from the WeChat Pay annual offer below. The subscription grants credits monthly and renews automatically. The WeChat Pay offer grants the full year's credits at once and does not renew automatically.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription. Purchased credits and any quantity bonus are granted together after payment and never expire.

You can buy 1 to 10 packs at once. The quantity bonus increases with the number selected:

Bonus credits are calculated as credits per pack × quantity × bonus percentage, rounded down to a whole credit. The pricing slider shows the final credit total and payment amount before checkout.
WeChat Pay annual offer
This one-time annual option supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, and cards. It does not renew automatically. After payment, all 12 months of credits are granted at once:

Credits missing after payment
Credits are added after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. If the payment is marked successful but your balance has not updated, do not pay again. Email your account email, payment time, and payment receipt to support@nanophoto.ai so we can check the order.
