- Free users receive limited usage quotas for AI photo editing and generation
- Registered users receive additional credits for extended usage
- Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Max) provide monthly credit allocations
- Credits are consumed when using AI photo editing or generation features
- Image conversion and compression services are provided free of charge
NanoPhoto.AI and its original content, AI models, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You retain all rights to images you upload to our platform
- You own the rights to images generated or edited using our AI services
- By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your images using our AI models
- We do not store or use your images for training our AI models without explicit consent
- Generated images may be used for commercial purposes according to your subscription plan
You agree not to:
- Use our AI services to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload copyrighted images without proper authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Credit packages are one-time purchases that never expire
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- Unused credits may expire according to the terms of your plan
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our AI services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of our AI capabilities.
In no event shall NanoPhoto.AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our AI photo editing services, including but not limited to unsatisfactory AI-generated results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and notifying users via email.
